Located on the Guanacaste peninsula is the small beach town of Samara beach.

They are always looking for reliable hard working individuals, who have good english language skills and preferably can speak other languages, including Spanish. One of the main tour companies in Samara is Samara Adventure Company. This organization offers all kinds of different tours from sea kayaking, to turtle watching and zip lining.
Bars & Restaurants - For a small beach town Samara has a number of different bars and restaurants which often have openings for individuals who are looking for jobs in Samara. The best options include:-
Tabanuco - located right on the main beach Tabanuco is the place to go of a night in Samara. It is a large bar and restaurant which gets packed every night. If you are interested in working in a lively bar with a nightclub feel then this is a great option.
Gusto Beach - a popular choice for the young beach crowd, Gusto Beach is another bar located right on the beach and is busy all day long with surfers, volleyball players and general beach lovers! It has an extensive cocktail list and has opportunities throughout the year for individuals looking for work in Samara.
Arriba - This bar/nightclub in the heart of the main street is always busy and is a good option for temporary work. It is only a small bar but is very popular especially with the longer term travelers who are living in Samara.
Hotels - Samara has a number of different hotels, most of them are small family run businesses and many will hire travelers to help out in the busy period. Some good options if you want to work in a hotel or hostel include:-
Rancho De La Playa - This is a popular and fun hotel located in the middle of Samara, just minutes from the beach. It is always busy and has a variety of different opportunities throughout the year.
Tico Adventure Lodge - Owned by an American family, Tico Adventure Lodge is a great place to stay and for potentially workers to find a job while in Samara. It is most popular with backpackers and the younger crowd and in addition to being a hotel it also offers excursions and tours.
Hotel Samara Beach - If you would like to possibly find work in a larger hotel then Hotel Samara Beach is a good option. It is a short walk from the main town but is a larger hotel which is popular with international visitors from all over the world.
